Services Start Winter 2026!!
At the World is Mine Foundation Inc., we believe that a diagnosis should never define a child’s destiny. Whether a student is navigating the complexities of a learning disability or managing a chronic health condition, they deserve the resources, advocacy, and community support necessary to thrive.
We aren't just funding programs; we are funding potential.
Your contributions directly fuel our mission to bridge the gap for children qualifying under IDEA, ADA, and Section 504. This includes children navigating any of the thirteen recognized categories, such as autism spectrum disorder, specific learning disabilities like ADHD or dyslexia, speech and language impairments, and intellectual or physical challenges.
From providing educational resources for students with autism and ADHD to advocating for those with physical impairments, your generosity ensures that no child is left on the sidelines.

Over 8.6 Million Served: As of 2024, IDEA provides vital services to more than 8.19 million children and youth (ages 3–21) and approximately 459,000 infants and toddlers.
1 in 7 Students: Roughly 15% of all public school students in the U.S. receive special education services under IDEA.
A Growing Need: The number of students eligible for IDEA services has increased by nearly 10% over the last few years, highlighting an urgent need for continued support and resources.
The Funding Gap: When IDEA was passed in 1975, the federal government promised to cover 40% of the extra cost of special education. Today, they only cover about 12-13%, leaving local communities and families to bridge a multi-billion dollar gap.
From Exclusion to Inclusion: Before IDEA, nearly 1.8 million children with disabilities were completely excluded from public schools. Today, over 67% of students with disabilities are educated in regular classrooms alongside their peers for the majority of the day.
Life-Changing Outcomes: Since the act’s inception, high school graduation rates for students with disabilities have risen from 57% to nearly 73%, paving the way for college, employment, and independent living.
