Impact and Opportunities
World Is Mine Foundation Inc. will create meaningful local jobs and career pathways by hiring directly from Polk County community to staff every program we operate—We will recruit licensed clinicians such as Speech‑Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, BCBAs, and licensed mental‑health clinicians, alongside essential support roles including therapy assistants, respite caregivers, special‑education teachers, job coaches, recreation therapists, and program managers. Behind the scenes we will employ administrative and operational staff—intake coordinators, billing specialists, HR, finance, communications, IT, and volunteer coordinators—so services run smoothly and families receive timely, coordinated care.
We will prioritize local hires, offer on‑the‑job training and professional development, and partner with area schools and training programs to build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Over the next seven years we plan to create more than 100 jobs in the region and aim to become one of the premier facilities in Central Florida for inclusive therapy, education, and community supports.
By purchasing goods and services from nearby vendors and investing in workforce development, our programs will expand access to therapy, education, and respite while strengthening the local economy.
Lastly, as part of our long‑term commitment to families, we will establish the Mes'sia Washington scholarships to help special‑needs students pursue higher education and vocational opportunities, ensuring that our impact extends from early intervention through lifelong learning and independence.
